We only process your personal data where we have a valid legal basis under the GDPR:

4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site and processes orders.
- [Payment provider — e.g. Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal] — to process payments securely.
- [Email/marketing provider — e.g. Klaviyo / Shopify Email] — to send order confirmations and (with consent) marketing.
- [Analytics & advertising — keep only those you actually use, e.g. Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics] — to measure Site performance and advertising.
Action: confirm this list matches the apps actually installed on the The Fast Kitchen store, and remove any you don't use.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International data transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism, so that your data remains protected.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — to analyse traffic and measure advertising.
- Essential cookies are needed for the Site and checkout to function.
- Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you give consent via our cookie banner.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and change your choice at any time in your browser settings.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Order and invoice records: retained for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law.
- Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [privacy@thefast-kitchen.com]. We will respond within one month.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Payments and data transmission are encrypted (SSL/TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data at all times.
10. Children
Our Site and products are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
