Shipping & Delivery Policy
The Fast Kitchen sells digital products — ebooks and recipe files delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping, so you won't pay any delivery charges and nothing is posted to you.
1. How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your purchase:
- A download link is shown on the order confirmation page, and
- A confirmation email with your download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Delivery is instant in most cases — usually within a few minutes of purchase.
2. Delivery costs
There are no shipping or delivery fees. The price you see at checkout is the full price for your digital product.
3. Haven't received your download?
If your email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, please:
- Check your spam / junk / promotions folder.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Still nothing? Email us at [hey@thefast-kitchen.com with your order number, and we'll re-send your download link.
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Accessing your files
Your product is delivered as a [PDF / ePub — confirm your format], which you can open on most computers, tablets, and phones. You can download it to your device and keep it for personal use.
